How It Works

Step 1: New menu every Friday at 8am. Place your order between Friday-Monday. All orders are due Monday by 11:59pm.

*Please note-all orders placed after 11:59 on Monday will be refunded.*

Step 2: Pickups are Friday 9:15-9:30 in Zachary at Body Sculpt Barre.

Deliveries are Friday between 8-2.

FAQs

How long do the meals last?

4-6 days. Anything with cauliflower rice we recommend eating within 5 days. 

Are the meals freezer friendly? 

Yes!

When do I order? 

The menu is live Friday at 8am & closes Monday at 11:59pm.

When do I receive my meals? 

Friday. Deliveries are between 8-1. Zachary pickup is at 9:15-9:30

East & West Feliciana deliveries are Monday between 8-12

Do you deliver to Baton Rouge? 

Yes!

Do you have any other pickup locations?

No, only Zachary at this time.

Do you have specific diet programs? 

No. We have the macros listed for each meal so depending on what diet you are following we most likely have something that will fall into the guidelines. 

Can you leave meals inside my refrigerator?

Yes.
